Do I get an invoice?

Yes, every time you buy a product from us we will email you an invoice, invoices are also available to view and print at any time in your Client Control Panel.

How can I pay for my web hosting account or domain name?

For all our services our preferred payment method is via our secure PayPal checkout system. You no longer need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, you can use any of the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, Switch/Maestro, Delta, Amex, Solo and Visa Electron. We also except Invoice payments. Invoice payments should be paid via cheque or postal order, made payable to I.T Studio Hosting and sent, along with a copy of your invoice to our postal address found on our contacts page. We regret that we do not accept standing orders or cash.

Is there VAT to add to your prices?

NO, the prices you see are the prices you pay, there are no hidden extras.
